Undercover Laptop Bag

undercover laptop bagNow this might just look like a battered old envelope, but then that’s the idea!

This product is called the Undercover Laptop Bag and it’s designed to disguise and protect your precious laptop inside.

The bag is waterproof, tearproof and padded and it’s also size adjustable (via velcro straps) so it’ll take brick-sized laptops along with Mac Books!

The bag has markings, including a fake address to make it look just like a battered old jiffy bag or parcel. You can even write on it if you want to! Great for students and for anyone who doesn’t want people to see them carrying their laptop around.

Big Trak Junior

Big TrakThis new Big Trak Jr toy is expected to be a massive seller this coming Christmas (find out how many days to Christmas 2010).

Back in the 80′s, Big Trak was a massively popular, six-wheeled toy that had built-in memory which allowed you to program a few different moves. You simply entered your routes using the touch sensitive keypad and off Big Trak went following the directions that you gave it.

Big Trak JR is expected to be about half the size of the original model and will let you store 32 routes – something you couldn’t do with the original vehicle. Whilst the the Junior model won’t be amazingly hi-tech (it won’t be wifi enabled for instance) it will be able to carry an optional digital camera. Other accessories will be made available in due course.

Available now for pre-order and you’ll only have to pay when your order is despatched. Best get your name on the list!

beatles usbJust to let you know that I’ve updated this Beatles Apple USB page with a link to amazon as the product is now in stock.

Beatles Apple USB

beatles usbYou should feel rightly pleased with yourself if you manage to get one these limited edition Beatles apple USB.

Beatles fans around the world have been waiting for the bands music to available for digital download, mainly via itunes …and you’ll still have to wait for the legal teams to sort that one out!

This unique USB drive is the first time the digitised albums have been made available. It’s fully compatible with both PCs and Macs but I’ve no idea if the tracks are copy protected or not – I would have thought so.

This apple shaped USB drive is loaded with:

  • re-mastered audio for The Beatles 14 stereo titles
  • all of the re-mastered CDs visual elements
  • including 13 mini-documentary films about the studio albums
  • replicated original UK album art
  • rare photos
  • expanded liner notes

beatles-apple-usbBut the Beatles USB really is a limited edition item here in the UK with only reportedly only 100 being made available to purchase from the Beatles Store. Due to be made available on 7th December in the UK and a day later in America. Now available in the UK from amazon.

For some reason 30,000 of these USB apples are being made available over in the States, so that’s seems way out of kilter with the UK allocation. Oh, the price …it’s £200!

Do you think that this will become an instant Beatles collectors item?
